Memo of Understanding — Apprentice Echo Onboarding

My understanding is that the project is real, but still scaffold-mature rather than product-mature. The immediate job is not to invent another organ. It is to make one local review run real enough that Thomas and the lead developer can inspect it, use it, replay it, and decide whether it earns the next phase.
