Guided email composer

Build a clear first message without submitting a web form.

These fields remain in your browser until you choose an action. The email button opens an editable draft in your email application; it does not send anything automatically.

Keep this first message general. You can request a safer route for confidential, sensitive, or unusually large material.
The email draft remains editable. Nothing is transmitted by this page. When a detailed message is too long for a reliable email link, the page copies the full text and opens a shorter draft so you can paste it into the message body.

Contact boundaries

Protect the signal before sharing the file.

Email is useful for routing and ordinary correspondence. It is not an automatic secure-transfer channel, emergency service, legal intake system, or authorization to disclose another person’s information.

Security-sensitive material

Describe the issue at a high level first. Do not send credentials, exploit payloads containing secrets, production keys, or private customer data. Ask UVLM for an approved transfer route.

Corrections and source updates

Identify the exact page, statement, figure, citation, or file. Explain the concern and provide a public source when possible. A correction request is evidence for review, not an automatic edit.

Product support

Include the product name, version, operating system, exact error, and the step that failed. Remove credentials and private data from screenshots or logs before sending them.

Urgent or emergency needs

This inbox is not monitored as an emergency, crisis, medical, legal, financial, or law-enforcement service. Contact the appropriate qualified person or emergency resource directly.

Privacy and consent

Share only what is necessary. Do not send another person’s private story, records, images, or identifying information without an appropriate basis and permission.

Response expectations

UVLM reviews messages as capacity allows. A received email does not create a contract, reserve an event, approve funding, authorize a release, or guarantee a response by a particular date.

Direct routes

Some conversations already have a dedicated doorway.

Contact FAQ

A few answers before you press Send.

Does this page store my answers?

The guided composer is designed to build an email locally in your browser. It does not submit your answers to a Squarespace Form Block or UVLM database. Your email provider may retain the draft or sent message under its own policies.

Why does UVLM use one inbox?

Purpose-specific subject lines let a small organization route several kinds of public communication without publishing many separate addresses that may become stale or inconsistently monitored.

May I attach a résumé, manuscript, screenshot, or technical log?

Ordinary, non-sensitive attachments may be appropriate, but remove private information first. For large, confidential, security-sensitive, or restricted material, begin with a general description and ask for an approved transfer route.

What should a factual correction include?

Include the exact page or file, the statement at issue, why it may be inaccurate or outdated, and the strongest public or primary source available. Separate factual correction from disagreement about interpretation.

Does an email confirm a workshop, partnership, evaluation, or role?

No. An email opens a conversation. Any role, evaluation, partnership, event, funding arrangement, product-support scope, or public commitment requires separate review and explicit confirmation.

What happens when my email application does not open?

Use “Copy My Message,” open your preferred email service, address the message to info@ultraverbaluxmentis.org, and paste the copied text. The quick-email links can also supply the subject line.

Questions deserve a clear route

Start with enough context to help—without sharing more than the task requires.

Use the guided composer, choose a purpose-specific subject, or send a general email directly to UVLM’s public inbox.

This inbox is not an emergency service and does not provide immediate medical, legal, financial, crisis, account-recovery, or law-enforcement assistance. Email is not monitored as a guaranteed real-time channel.
