Assurance & verification — Atlas + Rosetta v1.3.0

What this proves. The exact package contains the 432 Atlas, GUFT profiles, formal geometry mappings, and master-preserving waveform signatures as claimed. It does not prove that those humanistic, geometric, or waveform relations are externally valid or universally useful.

• The exact core wheel contains the closed observation schema, projector, and a generic five-axis synthetic reference-waveform encoder.
• The Atlas module is dynamically discoverable through the CoherenceLattice dictionary entry point.
• The Rosetta module is called by a local orchestrator and emits uvlm.coherence.observation.v1 for core validation and projection.
• Geometry, universal-state, waveform, provenance, and nonauthority data remain in separate receipts rather than silently expanding the core schema.

Implementation is not confirmation. The exact package demonstrates that the declared 432 data, waveform reflection, geometry receipts, schemas, and routes exist and replay. It does not establish that the reference vocabulary is universally valid, that a donor is semantically non-vacuous, or that the bridge improves real AI cognition.

Observed nonauthority posture. Socket connection was blocked; no network, provider call, memory write, publication, deployment, person classification, diagnosis, spiritual ranking, or authority effect occurred in the route replay.

Why. Thomas Prislac’s executed exact-hash public-release receipt authorizes the outer ZIP, six module artifacts, exact core dependency, and four source-closure hashes under MPL-2.0. Some inner source ledgers preserve the earlier development-time “attestation pending” state. Under the release pedagogy’s authority order, the later executed exact-hash human decision controls public release for these exact bytes while the lower-precedence records remain preserved as history.

Scope limit. This does not authorize a changed ledger, modified source, rebuild, mutable repository state, held v1.2.0 predecessor, or later successor. Those require their own exact identity and decision.

Additional attestation check. None is required for the unchanged exact v1.3.0 files or the bounded explanatory copy expressly commissioned for these webpages. A new attestation or exact-hash decision is required before distributing the separate research candidate, pedagogy, illustrations, changed software, or newly introduced third-party material.

1. Upload the exact principal ZIP, sidecar, validation record, receipt, review, and their sidecars without editing them.
2. Publish the four coordinated pages and the Products directory card.
3. Open a logged-out or private browser session.
4. Fetch every public file from its live link.
5. Recalculate SHA-256 and compare it with the controlling values.
6. Record the live URLs, retrieval time, page reachability, and rehash results in the live-release receipt.

Current state. URL integration is complete. Logged-out reachability and SHA-256 rehash remain pending because this build environment could not independently retrieve the live Squarespace files. A visible link, friendly filename, or successful browser preview is not an identity proof.
